Important Notes
- Please use a socket with stable voltage and ensure the motor operates within the rated power to guarantee a long lifespan.
- Do not run the pump without load.
- Place the pump in water before connecting it to the power source.
- Disconnect the power when changing the water.
- Running the pump in the air for extended periods will shorten its lifespan and cause loud noise.
- If the product suddenly stops working or makes noise, it may be due to debris blockage.
- Clean it regularly every two months or apply some olive oil to the rotor.
- The rotor is pre-lubricated before installation, but running water will wash it away, causing the motor to produce loud noise during operation. Applying lubricant is recommended when the motor becomes noisy.
- Before purchasing, please check whether the water level and layout of your tank match the pump's power.
- If the water level is too low and the motor power is too high, the water flow will be too strong, creating loud splashing noises. Different pumps are suitable for different tanks.
